We are the developers of Whzan Digital Health providing remote monitoring solutions to health and social care. Whzan has been commissioned by 21 NHS ICBs/ICSs and multiple Local Authorities for use in rural, urban and coastal settings supporting more than 140,000 patients/residents with 4,000 systems used in 3000+ care settings.

Our telehealth system, the Blue Box, and activity monitoring system, Guardian, can be used on their own or together to monitor the health, safety, and behaviour of residents empowering carers to deliver enhanced care and identify signs of deterioration earlier. We have multiple evaluations evidencing reductions in demand on services, eliminating unnecessary hospital admissions, improved patient outcomes, and deferring the time and cost of care home admissions.

YOURmeds is a smart medication management system that puts people back in charge of their own medication with support from their network of family and friends. We work with adult social care teams to reduce the number of carer calls by increasing independence and improving health and wellbeing. We are also working with health teams to support people with early dementia, HIV, Parkinson’s and supporting hospital discharge.
