While more established solutions in TRL zones 7-9 may be targeted, solutions at lower TRLs will be considered in the context of their potential impact, the level of funding required, and the risk carried with solution’s implementation. It will be really important for applicants to discuss where they currently are in terms of TRL, but also how rapidly you intend to accelerate through TRLs within the 12–36-month period.
