Andrew Frith has extensive experience in healthcare technology and consulting.
As a former Chief Information Officer at InHealth, he led digital transformation initiatives, including cloud-based remote imaging and AI-driven image interpretation, enhancing patient care for NHS and private patients. He has also provided strategic technology advice to the Alzheimer’s Society and My Melanoma charity, improving data platforms and patient outcomes.
He is the founder of F. Consulting, offering expertise to healthcare organisations in the UK and Australia.

Matt Johnson
“There’s huge potential for championing an enhanced use of digital technology to improve the delivery of new and existing healthcare services in Jersey”.
Matt Johnson has 25 years’ healthcare experience in Jersey, primarily in community pharmacy, but also in wider primary care and hospital settings.
He has co-founded several healthcare businesses, including LV Pharmacy which provides medicines and healthcare services into care homes. Matt also leads Clearmind (a global mental health platform) and introduced medical cannabis to the Channel Islands with the Medicann Clinic.
Matt is a Director of the Family First charity, which supports families with sick children, and helped create The Listening Lounge, Jersey’s first free, self-referral, mental health service.

Kitty Kubo
Kitty has over 25 years of experience in innovation, serving as a leader, project manager, and consultant. She specialises in innovation strategies, partnerships, and managing complex projects, emphasising design thinking and co-creation.
For the past decade, her focus has been on healthcare, particularly system-level transformation and digital health. Currently, she leads the Public Sector Innovation Fund for Estonia, mentors health tech scale-ups, and teaches Leadership in Healthcare at EBS Executive Education. She previously worked as a freelance consultant at Roche, co-creating a lung cancer patient journey improvement project.
Ben Shenton
Ben Shenton is a Senior Investment Director at a boutique asset management firm, and has a diverse background in investments and politics. He was elected as a Senator for the States of Jersey in 2005, embarking on a political career with roles including Minister for Health and Social Services, and Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee.
Ben has also held a number of non-executive posts, including being a board member for one of the largest hedge funds in Europe. He’s currently the honorary president of the JSPCA and of Age Concern Jersey, a role which brings him an in-depth knowledge of the needs and requirements of an ageing demographic in 2024, and an understanding of how technology must be a major factor in improving the lives of the elderly going forwards.
