How It Works

Application Window: 7th November 2024 - 15th January 2025

The CXTech online application form will be open from 7:00pm on 7th November 2024 (after our launch event), until 11:59pm on 15th January 2025.

Virtual Application Clinics: 18th November & 4th December 2024

We will be hosting two application clinics, where applicants will be able to meet the Impact Jersey team and discuss their application questions in person.

Eligibility Filtering: 15th - 17th January 2025

All applicants will be notified of whether or not they have passed the eligibility filtering stage.

Pitch Presentation: 24th January 2025

Filtered applicants will be invited to a pitch presentation, where they will have the opportunity to answer questions and discuss the details of their plan with the Impact Jersey team.

Project Plan Creation: 27th January - 7th February 2025

Applicants who successfully pass the filtering and presentation stages will be required to complete a comprehensive project plan in this time period, using the lessons learnt from feedback on their presentations.

Judging Period: 10th - 17th February 2025

Project plans will be passed to a panel of independent judges, who will review each in detail and score against the judging criteria.

Winners Announced: Feb/March 2025

Successful applicants will be notified in late February/March, after which grant agreements will be drafted and agreed with each applicant.

Project Delivery: March/April/May 2025 - March/April/May 2026

Successful projects must commence within three months of funding and be completed within 12 months. Projects and delivery will be supported by the Impact Jersey team, with regular assessment against agreed milestones set out in the funding agreement.
